Clinical Massage may include massage modalities in medical massage, Swedish Massage, touchpoint therapy, and craniosacral therapy. Clinical massage practitioners work with a wide variety of health conditions, and assist with patients suffering from arthritis, musculoskeletal pain, constipation, edema/swelling, stress, fibromyalgia, headaches, nervous system disorders/conditions, sciatica, sports injuries, trauma and whiplash.

Clinical massage practitioners often work in family practice offices, hospitals, alternative medicine clinics and massage therapy clinics.
